Report someone

Open a profile or a chat and choose Report. Tell us what happened. We review reports promptly and take action — including removing content and banning users — against anyone who breaks our rules. Reported profiles may be hidden while we review.

Block someone

Open their profile or chat and choose Block. Blocking hides you from each other in both directions, immediately.

Community guidelines

Be real, be respectful, be safe. No harassment, hate, threats, nudity on public profiles, commercial solicitation, paid sexual services, trafficking, or anyone under 18. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Breaking these rules can get your account removed. See our Terms of Use.

Rules for profile photos
  • Use photos of yourself, not someone else, celebrities, screenshots, memes, or copyrighted images.
  • Public profile photos must not show explicit nudity, sexual acts, minors, weapons, hate symbols, or illegal activity.
  • Group photos are allowed only when you are clearly identifiable.
  • Photos used to sell services, advertise social accounts, or solicit money may be removed.
  • Every public photo can be checked by automated moderation and human review.
Safe dating tips
  • Get to know someone in the app before meeting.
  • Meet in public the first few times.
  • Tell a friend where you're going and when.
  • Never send money or share financial info.
  • Trust your instincts — if something feels off, leave.
Underage users

Urge is strictly 18+. If you believe someone is under 18, report them right away in the app or email support@urge18.com. We remove minors immediately.

In an emergency

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then report the user to us so we can act on the account.
