Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and OVDEVEL LLC ("Urge", "we", "us") governing your use of the Urge application and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. The Service is for adults only. You may not use it if barred under applicable law or previously removed for violations.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and credentials. Provide accurate information, use one account, and you may delete it anytime from the app.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Some features require a paid auto-renewing subscription. Tiers include a Weekly Pass, a Monthly Pass, and an Annual Pass. Current prices are always shown in the app before you confirm a purchase and may vary by region; some users may receive certain premium features at no charge under promotional or eligibility-based offers.
- Payment is charged to your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account, depending on your device, at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple or Google under the applicable store's policies.
4. Zero-tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Urge. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative of minors, non-consensual, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- You can report content or users at any time in the app, and you can block any user.
- We review reports and act on objectionable content and eject abusive users — including removing content and terminating accounts. Reported profiles may be hidden from discovery promptly while we review.
5. Your content and license
You retain ownership of your content and grant Urge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: impersonate others or misrepresent your age; create accounts for anyone under 18; use the Service for commercial solicitation, prostitution, trafficking, or illegal activity; harvest other users' data or use bots; upload malware or attempt to breach security; or harm, harass, defraud, or endanger others.
7. Safety and assumption of risk
Urge does not conduct criminal background checks and is not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline. You are solely responsible for your interactions. Use caution, meet in public, and tell someone where you're going. You agree Urge is not liable for any interactions or meetings.
8. Moderation and termination
We may, with or without notice, remove content and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk. You may stop using and delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urge and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Urge harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
12. Dispute resolution and arbitration
To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Unless applicable consumer law requires another forum, you and Urge agree that courts located in Georgia (country) will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country), except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
14. App store terms
- These Terms are between you and Urge only — not Apple or Google. The app stores are not responsible for the Service or its content.
- Apple App Store: your license is a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, per the App Store Terms of Service. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
- Google Play: your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms.
- You represent you are not located in an embargoed country and are not on any U.S. prohibited-parties list.
15. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
