I can't log in

Urge uses your phone number — there's no password. Tap Sign in with phone number and enter the 6-digit code we text you. No code? Wait a minute and resend, and double-check the number and country code. Signed up with Apple? Use Sign in with Apple. Lost access to your number? Tap Trouble signing in? on the sign-in screen to get a code by email. Still stuck — contact support@urge18.com.

Location isn't working

Urge needs location to show people nearby. In iOS Settings → Urge → Location, allow access ("While Using the App"). Also turn on Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. Then reopen the app.

Photos won't upload

Allow photo access in iOS Settings → Urge → Photos. Photos must be JPG or PNG. Each photo passes automatic moderation — explicit images are rejected. If a photo was rejected, try a different one.

I'm not getting notifications

Turn on Settings → Urge → Notifications on your iPhone. Notifications let you know about new matches and messages.

The app is slow or crashing

Close and reopen the app, then make sure you're on the latest version (see below). Restarting your phone and checking your connection also helps. If it persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.

Update the app

Open the App Store, search for Urge, and tap Update if available. Running the latest version fixes most issues.
